Function Suite
Located in the beautiful Berkshire Countryside, The Bell and bottle function suite has a wide choice of reasonably priced traditional authentic Indian cuisine.
We can cater for all sorts of events including a wide range of parties and functions with a private “banqueting suite” available with no booking fees required. The Bell and bottle can accommodate all small to large size functions upto 120 people from Birthday Parties & Christmas Parties to larger events such as wedding receptions.
The rear garden offers good views over the surrounding countryside with parking for up to 50 vehicles.
Packages
25 percent deposit needs to be paid to confirm the function
And remaining balance 15 days before the function date
All packages will be discussed according to the customer requirements
Terms and Conditions
The customer Shall be held responsible for the good behavior of all Guests who Attended the function and ensure that all persons attending the function shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Bell and Bottle the customer is also liable for any damage caused by any guest attending the function
Booking is only confirmed once we receive the non-refundable deposit for the function
Outside alcohol and food is not allowed, if found will be confiscated
No confetti allowed, no popping up balloons allowed, any decorations done by client need to be cleared on the same day or 50 pounds cleaning charge will be applied
All agreed guaranteed number of guests will be charged and need to be paid 7 days before the function date
Function room extension of the agreed time £75 pounds per hour as per availability
Please note any outside equipment or food coming into the property needs to have public liability insurance like DJ, Bouncy castle,
Cancellation policy
In the event of you having to cancel the function for any reason after you receive your booking form will automatically lose your deposit and the following conditions will apply
7 to 14 days in advance 50 percent of the charges
1 day to 7 days 100 percent of the total charges
